Lesson Details

First Lesson

The first lesson will comprise of going over the Voice Lesson Contract, getting to know the student and what he/she hopes to acheive through these lessons. We will discuss the student's past experiences and find out at what level the student is currently.

Basic Lesson

A normal lesson will start with discussing previous week's progress and learning points. Next would contain warm-ups and exercises, then work on repertoire, concluding with assignments for the following lesson. Each student will keep their own assignment notebook to write down assignments and record progress.

Progress Recitals

Once a year, each student will show their progress by performing in a studio recital. Depending on the student's level, the amount of songs performed will vary. This will be a fun time for families to hear their student's progress, plus help the student find confidence in performing in front of a live audience.
